Here’s a worthwhile article from Chris Anderson’s The Long Tail blog (which is worth bookmarking or adding to your feeds) that tackles the question of the "right" amount of DRM.  Opinions on this vary greatly across the web, but from my perspective, a well designed and executed DRM should be completely invisible and you shouldn’t notice it at all….unless of course, you are trying to do something you shouldn’t.
